- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, a 30% cancellation fee will apply, as production will have already started.

What is the estimated shipping duration for my order?
Our handcrafted products, including hoodies, printed t-shirts, and rental shirts, typically require a processing time of 3-4 business days. Depending on the specific item, a few additional days may be necessary. However, most orders are shipped within 3 business days.
How should I handle import fees/taxes?
Import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary based on the destination country, order value, size, and weight of the items.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 5 days to receive this email. If you haven’t received it by then, please reach out to us at support@brandstek.com.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers can take 1-3 days to become active in the carrier’s system. If your tracking number is still inactive after 4 business days, please contact us for assistance.
What should I do if I haven’t received a shipment notification?
If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your order details, and we will assist you.
My package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If you still can’t find it, contact your local post office. If it remains missing, please reach out to us for further support.
Which carriers are used to ship my order?
We work with USPS, DHL, or OSM based on your address, to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery method.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and PO Boxes. Please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. If you believe an item is missing, please contact us, and we’ll help you track it down.
Shipping multiple orders/Address changes
Unfortunately, once an order is in processing, we are unable to combine orders or change the shipping address. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
